Pricing questions
What counts as a "client"?
A Client is one of your customers with their own portal login — regardless of how many Groups or Automations they have. Adding more automations for an existing client never changes your plan.
Which automation platforms can I connect?
Floxer connects to n8n today, plus manual automations that need no platform connection at all — useful for anything custom or hand-rolled. Make, Zapier and other platforms are next on the roadmap, and will be available on every plan when they ship.
What happens if I go over my client or automation limit?
We'll reach out before anything is restricted. Most agencies simply move up a tier — there's no automatic overage billing.
Is there a free plan, or just a trial?
Free is a real plan, not a time-limited trial: 1 client and 5 automations, for as long as you like, no credit card required. Upgrade whenever you outgrow it.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — pay annually on Starter or Agency and get roughly two months free compared to paying monthly.
